GENERAL SUMMARY

Responsible for leading sales team and directing the execution of sales plans and initiatives, sales presentations and other objectives in support of reaching department and company goals. Primary contact in managing select national accounts. This position reports to the President.

  2. National CPG Experience: knowledge of the CPG and/or Health & Beauty industries with demonstrable experience developing effective sales strategies in the CPG industry.

  4. Category Management Experience: The ability to identify opportunities to support category growth, positioning ourselves as category leaders.

Assistant Product Manager

Department: Product Management

GENERAL SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting the Senior Product Manager with the execution of product projects, sales presentations and other initiatives in support of reaching department and company goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  1. Perform project management tasks for existing product changes, promotional packs, and merchandising displays by working collaboratively with cross functional departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
  2. Assist Senior Product Manager with new product development initiatives, including competitive research and trend gathering.
  3. Assist Senior Product Manager with review and internal routing of graphic artwork, print samples and component specifications.
  4. Manage and lead recurring cross functional project meetings to facilitate open and ongoing communication of updates and information.
  5. Work with the Creative Team to design and iterate on products.
  6. Work with the Analytics Team to review and decipher syndicated category data.
  7. Manage product specification, artwork and regulatory requests from the Sales Department.
  8. Participate in preparation for trade shows.
  9. Assess and understand the product line’s components and related potential impact on the market.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

There will be exposure to operating machinery and noise. Periodic travel by car and air to various company and supplier locations will be required – approximately 10% of the time.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Creative Director is responsible and accountable for managing the overall quality, innovation, and execution of all creative deliverables produced while keeping true to the company’s brand vision. This position will oversee the management and daily operations of Perio’s internal creative team and will also lead external creative agency resources as needed. The Creative Director will work on a diverse mix of assignments across all mediums in a high-energy collaborative environment. The Creative Director will apply their knowledge, skills, talents, ideas and be able to roll up their sleeves and be a hands-on leader.

Travel to various locations is required approximately 5% of the time. Local, national or international travel for production.
